Trouble logging in?

There are a few reasons why you may be having trouble. For a successful login, please verify the following:

Has an account been created for you?

Only registered users of this site are permitted to log in. All user accounts are generated by Home Sale Online. You should receive an email from us with your login details.

If you have not received an email from us or are not a client of Home Sale Online, then you are not authorised to access this section of the website.

Have you entered your postcode, email address and password correctly?

Each member must enter their postcode, email address and password to login correctly. These values are case sensitive, so please ensure that you are entering the values as advised. Your postcode must be all upper case with no spaces.

You can choose to reset your password if you are having continuous difficulties logging into your account.

Does your browser accept cookies?

In order to log in, your web browser must be set to allow cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. Our site uses cookies to verify that you are a valid member of Home Sale Online. The cookies we use remain on your computer only while you are logged in.

Are you using an up-to date browser?

If you are using a web browser that does not support cookies, you will not be able to log in.

If your browser is set by default to store passwords and you enter incorrect details, you may encounter problems logging in, in future.

In these instances, please clear your Internet History.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

- Click on Tools, Internet
  Options

- Under Browsing

, click Delete.
- Please ensure the fields

  checked, then click
  Delete.

If you are using Firefox:

- Click on the Firefox tab
- Select Options, History and Clear Recent History.
- Click on the ↓ button (next to Details) and ensure that Form & Search History is selected,
   then click Clear Now.
